WHO WE ARE

We are a non-denominational Christian church that teaches and trusts the Word of God, knowing it is the key to our spiritual growth. Pastor Greg will teach through the Bible verse by verse, chapter by chapter, and book by book. Although Pastor Greg worked at Calvary Chapel Fort Lauderdale for 15 years, we are not affiliated with Calvary Chapel. The Cross Church's philosophy of ministry, however, is very similar to what Pastor Chuck Smith taught at Calvary Chapel Costa Mesa. Pastor Greg is forever grateful for the teachings of Pastor Chuck Smith, the original founder of  Calvary Chapel. 

WE ARE MEANT FOR MORE

One of the promises in God's word that we hold on to is Ephesians 3:20-21,

"Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us, to Him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus to all generations, forever and ever. Amen." 

God is able to do MORE than we could ever think or imagine asking. We believe God has MORE for each of us. We are not talking about more money or riches, but MORE spiritually. We believe God wants us to go deeper with Jesus and discover MORE about how He wants to change us, grow and use us to be a light in this world. 

We want to help you on this journey to grow as a disciple of Jesus. We grow and change through learning the bible, discovering who God is, applying those truths to our life, serve Him with the gifts He gave us, and share Him with the world.
