Hi, my name is MJ Brown, and I have the absolute privilege to lead this next generation closer to Christ! My passion for being in this field started in 2021 when I was an overnight camp counselor at a camp called Beulah Beach. I tried out this summer job because I thought it would be a good test run to see if I was good with kids since I was thinking about being a teacher. It turns out I loved it more than anything I've ever done, and a flame of passion lit from that summer on. I then served at that same camp for another three summers and knew I wanted to continue leading teens closer to Jesus and helping them know who He is!
Now, I don't lead this ministry alone. I have a female counterpart who is also my lovely wife, Claire Brown! She also served at Beulah Beach and loved how God was using us there so much that she wanted to invest and pour into kids' lives for a longer time than just a week!
We both love being active, yet we love our downtime. In our opinion, the best place to be is at the beach, so I know we are in a great area! I love all things sports, and Claire is very passionate about plants and sea life!
